Features, organised the way companies work
Every item below exists in NexusOS. Where a capability is optional, we say so. Nothing here is a roadmap presented as a live module.
Work management
Personal dashboard
Open tasks, hours today and this week, month attendance, and shortcuts to the rest of Work.
Projects
Status, priority, budget, clients, teams, tenants, dashboard, Gantt export and Asana-style Excel import.
Tasks
Assignment, contributors, priority, typology, prerequisites, deliverables, checklists, work sessions and calendar planning.
Calendar
Task blocks, leave, sick, smart working and training, with team views, Gantt and optional Google or Outlook sync.
Presence and absences
Check-in/out, history, manager approval, and a dedicated punch-clock tab on mobile.
Work diary
Dated entries linked to a project, with an optional diary copilot when AI is enabled.
Operational CRM
CRM is the commercial cycle on the same client records as Management. It is not blast marketing or a lead-scoring CDP.
Queue
Overdue follow-ups, unmatched inbound mail and upcoming actions—optionally filtered by an active campaign.
Pipeline
Opportunity kanban and table. Marking a deal Won can create the Work project.
Account 360
Lifecycle, contacts, timeline, opportunities, quotes, invoices, care cases and contracts on one record.
Activities
Calls, mail and meetings, with mail sync and do-not-contact.
Care and contracts
Post-sale cases, health, renewals and contracts nearing expiry.
Campaigns and templates
Outbound cohorts and reusable email shells. Sends are single-recipient from the Queue, not a blast engine.
Customer and supplier master data
Clients
Company or person records with lead, active or inactive status—the same IDs the CRM uses.
Commercial suppliers
Supplier records for operations, distinct from the QMS supplier register.
Linked work
Projects, quotes, documents and activity in the same commercial context.
Tenants
Legal entities that scope who can see which customers, projects and registers.
Management
Employees and teams
Workforce linked to users, services, cost rates, bonuses, payments, leaders and members.
Checklists
Draft, simulate, publish; conditional questions; collaborative fill; direct assignment; task-linked (CKT) submissions.
Insights
Operational aggregates, with an optional analytics copilot.
Documents and knowledge
Drive
Hierarchical files and folders, metadata, chunked upload, trash and restore.
Office editor
Word, Excel and PowerPoint in the browser (Euro-Office / OnlyOffice). Save writes a new version.
Versions
History, download by version and rollback.
Sharing
Internal grants with inheritance. Passworded public links work without login; links without a password require a signed-in user who may already read the file.
Knowledge Engine
Optional ingestion into vector and graph stores for document-aware search.
Service and structured requests
NexusOS does not currently ship a dedicated IT ticketing product. Structured operational requests are handled through checklists and quality registers.
Checklists
Published forms, assignments, collaborative filling and task-scoped submissions.
Non-conformities
QMS register for issues, with tenant-scoped numbering.
Customer feedback
A quality register for feedback that should not live only in email.
Notifications
In-app, email and mobile push when work is assigned or a request changes.
Quality management (QMS)
These registers help a company run ISO 9001 processes. They are not a statement that Cosmic Brokkoli or NexusOS is ISO certified.
Controlled documents
A document register with revisions and review, linked to files in Drive.
Equipment
Equipment records with evidence and events, scoped to the tenant.
Risks and opportunities
Risk register with actions, not a slide in a yearly pack.
Quality objectives
Objectives and measures that can be reviewed with the rest of the QMS.
Competence
Catalogue, person matrix and training records.
QA suppliers
Supplier evaluations distinct from commercial supplier records.
Non-conformities
Tenant-scoped numbering so an NC is a record, not an email thread.
Customer feedback
Feedback that belongs in the quality system.
Audits
Audits and findings in the same tenant as the documents they inspect.
Management reviews
Reviews that can pull inputs from the registers rather than from a reconstructed pack.
EU AI Act
An operational register for organisations that deploy or use AI. Not a legal opinion, not a notified-body certificate, and not a claim that NexusOS is AI Act certified.
AI systems
Inventory of systems with organisational role and risk classification, including high-risk views.
FRIA
Fundamental rights impact assessments attached to the relevant systems.
Transparency and explanations
Operational duties kept as records, not as a policy PDF on a share.
Incidents and oversight
Incident and human-oversight registers with tenant-scoped numbering.
Literacy
Courses, providers and employee literacy records.
Suppliers and models
AI suppliers and models, including local or cloud infrastructure and approval.
Evidence and dossier
Evidence on systems and a dossier that gathers what the organisation has recorded.
Reminders
Scheduled reminders for AI Act follow-ups. An optional domain copilot can be enabled per deployment.
People and calendar
Users and roles
System, business, workspace and document permissions combined per action, plus per-section ACL for the sidebar and mobile Menu.
Organisation
Tenant identity, sites, org chart and RACI.
Teams and employees
Workforce records, cost repositories, services, bonuses and payments.
Calendar
Task blocks, leave, sick, training and other events, with overlap detection and Excel export for admins.
Presence and absences
Check-in/out, history, and manager approval for absences.
Financial operations
Quotes
Line items, internal resource rates, client and internal PDFs, email send, public accept/reject.
Project costs
Daily rates × days, additional costs and remaining budget after quote acceptance.
Sales and purchase invoices
Numbering, PDF, issue/send, purchase originals with extract from PDF, and expense analytics.
Cash and staff
Cash movements with CAMT import, allocations to invoices, VAT rates and staff payments.
Reports
Operational views and Excel exports—not a business-intelligence warehouse.
Automation and AI
Reminders and notifications
In-app, email and Expo push: tasks, absences, shared files, checklists, QMS deadlines and AI Act reminders.
Workflow engine
Optional scheduled and event-driven automations on /platform/automations.
Copilots
Optional assistants for work, diary, CRM, QMS, AI Act, Drive and analytics.
Human confirmation
Mutating AI actions can be stored as proposals until a person confirms them.
Insights and reporting
Personal dashboard
Assigned work, presence, hours today and calendar hints.
Project dashboard
Progress, costs, Gantt and budget for the people running the job.
Insights copilot
Optional analytics assistant—not a replacement for a data warehouse.
External collaboration
Document links
Tokenised access. A passworded link can be used without login; a link without a password is a deep link and still checks the signed-in user’s permission.
Public quotes
A customer can view, accept or reject a quote without a NexusOS account.
Mobile
Same macro sections as the web Menu. CRM contacts on mobile; campaigns and email templates stay on the web.
No public login
This website does not create platform accounts. Access to NexusOS is provisioned with you.
Your company does not need more disconnected tools.
Let’s identify the first process NexusOS can simplify.
